30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Order Cancellations
If you request to cancel an order after it has been shipped, a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total order value will be deducted from your refund. This policy is subject to applicable consumer protection laws, including the European Union’s statutory cancellation rights.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can review the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items

Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.

European Union Customers
Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
The item must be returned in its original condition—unworn, unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.
